2017 Samsung Galaxy A5

The 2017 Samsung Galaxy A5 comes with premium features and specification at an affordable price

The 2017 Samsung Galaxy A5 has been just leaked online and it looks absolutely awesome. The South Korean tech major has already launched the 2017 Galaxy A7, but its smaller sibling is yet to arrive. Meanwhile the leaked images have already revealed the upcoming model.

Apart from the stylish looks, the phone comes with interesting specs as well. It gets 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of inbuilt storage capacity, which can be expanded. It is powered by a 1.8 Ghz octa-core Exynos 7880 processor. The device runs on Android marshmallow operating system. The most interesting feature of this phone is going to be the fingerprint scanner embedded on the home button and he waterproof feature. Yes, the upcoming 2017 Galaxy A5 has been IP68 certified.

The mid-range smartphone gets a 7.8 mm body with an USB Type-C port. Interestingly, the type of USB hasn’t been used in any Samsung device until Galaxy Note 7, which has been recalled. Therefore the two siblings, Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 are the first Samsung models to get this feature. The phone features a large 5.2-inch full HD display and a energy source for the device is a 3,000 mAh battery.

Samsung is known for providing great cameras in their phones. The Upcoming 2017 A5 features two 16 megapixel shooters at both front and rear of the device, which do the photography job pretty efficiently. With such impressive features this is going to be one hell of a smartphone in the mid-range segment.

No wonder, the water resistant feature is generally found in high-end mobiles, not in low or mid-range models. But the Galaxy A5 coming incorporating this feature, the phone will appeal many customers. Also, expect it to be a trend-setter in terms of the particular feature. The phone will be available in four different colours – Blue, Black, Pink and Gold. It will be unveiled at CES 2017 alongside the Galaxy A3 2017 and A7 2017.
